Scheduling unites advanced features for planning and managing tasks in Gantt charts. All features in this section are PRO-only and allow you to automate, optimize, and customize the timeline behavior of your projects:

  • Auto-scheduling – automatically adjust tasks when dependencies or durations change
  • Calendar configuration – define working hours, holidays, and custom calendars for accurate scheduling
  • Baselines – track and compare planned vs actual task dates
  • Deadlines – mark a target finish date for a task and flag it once it finishes late
  • Unscheduled tasks – manage tasks that have no assigned start or end dates
  • Inactive tasks – suspend tasks so that they keep their dates but are excluded from calculations
  • Constraints - set scheduling rules that define when tasks must start or finish
  • Slack - visualize and calculate critical slack
  • Critical path - visualize and calculate critical path
