The mechanics live in `@svar-ui/vue-core`; every other package consumes them. #### Locale Wrapper Wrap the subtree you want to localize. The widget version wraps the core theme and layers in widget-specific CSS variables (bar colors, grid borders, timescale fonts, etc.). When using such a widget, import the theme from the widget package - not from core - so both layers apply.
